Any requests to return the puppy must be made within 72-hours time and must be accompanied by a written statement from a veterinarian describing the problem found. If a licensed veterinarian finds a serious life threatening illness or disease during the 72-hour visit (see puppy contract), puppy must be returned within 48-hours and the breeder will replace with an equal puppy at same price from next available litter of similar litter or refund the purchase amount (minus shipping or other expenses). Failure to have your puppy examined within 72-hours voids the health warranty. It is understood that breeder is never responsible for veterinarian bills or transportation costs. Breeder reserves the right of first refusal if owner is not able to keep dog at any stage/age of the dogs life. Whether taking back or helping rehome the dog, reimbursement will not be given.
