Meet Bear and Cole: Two Adorable Male Goldendoodle Puppies Ready for Their Forever Homes

Finding the perfect puppy to welcome into your family is an exciting journey. Today, we introduce two charming male standard Goldendoodle puppies, Bear and Cole, who are ready to bring joy and companionship to their new homes. These 9-week-old pups have already begun exploring the world beyond their cozy home and are eager to meet families who will cherish them.

Introducing Bear and Cole

Bear and Cole come from a multigenerational Goldendoodle litter, blending the best traits of retrievers and poodles. Both puppies are approximately 37% retriever, which means they carry the friendly and affectionate nature that retrievers are known for, combined with the low-shedding coat of poodles.

  • Bear has a soft, fleecy chocolate curly coat that invites cuddles. His energy level is medium to high, making him a great companion for active families who enjoy playtime and outdoor adventures.

  • Cole sports a glossy black coat that is wavy and thick. His fur is easier to maintain than curlier coats, and his energy level is medium to low, perfect for families looking for a more relaxed but still playful pup.

Both puppies have had their first round of vaccinations and have started socializing outside the home. Just yesterday, they took their first trip to Dick's Sporting Goods, where they handled the new environment with curiosity and confidence.

Why Bear and Cole Are Special

These puppies are not just adorable; they come with qualities that make them excellent family pets:

  • Temperament: Both Bear and Cole have the gentle, friendly disposition typical of retrievers. They are playful and eager to bond with their new families.

  • Coat Types: Bear’s curly coat is soft and fleecy, ideal for those who love a plush texture. Cole’s wavy coat is shiny and easier to groom, which suits families looking for lower maintenance.

  • Energy Levels: Bear’s higher energy means he will thrive in an active household, while Cole’s calmer nature fits well with quieter homes or those with older family members.

The names Bear and Cole were chosen to better reflect their personalities, but new families are welcome to rename them if they wish.

Updates on Other Goldendoodle Litters

In addition to Bear and Cole, there are exciting updates about other Goldendoodle litters:

  • Autumn’s Retirement Litter with Tex: Born just two days ago, this litter features light apricot puppies with wavy or curly coats. They are called the "Pop" litter because warm weather and summer is just around the corner. They will be ready to go home on May 28th. There are two spots left on the waitlist for families interested in these pups.

  • newborn apricot and cream goldendoodle puppies lay on a blue fleece
    Left to right: Meet Jonny (m), Otter (m), Creamsicle (m), Tootsie (f), Rainbow (f), Good (m), Icee (m), Lolli (f), Astro (m), & Dreamsicle (f)

  • Ivy & Zeke’s Planned Litter: This planned litter is expected to be the most colorful yet. Ivy (50lbs) is a rare black and tan phantom F1 Goldendoodle, and Zeke (65lbs) comes from a reputable poodle breeder in Kentucky. The litter has been planned since summer 2025, and Ivy is currently 26 months old, awaiting her first heat cycle to begin. She just underwent testing by our Reproductive Vet to include ultrasound, vaginal cytology, progesterone, blood work and has been health cleared. In 1 month month she will be cleared for breeding and we plan to utilize a safe and well studied medicine to help her start. We hope to see her have beautiful and rare brown phantoms/brown merle phantoms, black phantoms/blue merle phantoms and parti Goldendoodles in all those varieties as well! We have the 5th spot available on her waitlist as of now.

  • Fiona & Tex's Planned Litter: Fiona takes her time with her heat cycles, so this litter has been planned for some time as well but we are also waiting for Fiona's heat cycle to start. Fiona has 70-90lb puppies, being 84lbs herself. These are XL LARGE Goldendoodles. Fiona's last heat cycle was 13 months ago so we expect a heat anytime in the next few months. Once she starts, we will open up her waitlist here on our Blog first. She does have smaller litters so we will only be taking a select amount of deposits before the litter is born.

  • Aspen & Todd (outside stud) Planned Litter: We are also planning a litter of miniature goldendoodles, a repeat breeding of Aspen (34lbs) & Todd (28lbs) from Beck Kennels in Oregon. Their past puppies had thick red coats and mild, balanced temperaments, we kept back two for our future breeding program! This is your chance to get a mini as we don't breed that size very often. Aspen's waitlist will open as soon has her heat cycle starts and that is expected this month sometime through June.

  • Lady & Bentley (outside stud) Planned Litter: One of our only larger medium litters planned for the summer is our 42lb poodle Lady and 42lb Bentley from Beck Kennels in Oregon. Bentley is a beautiful, confident, chill dog that loves water. We are excited to balance out Lady's energy and athleticism with Bentley energy. Puppies would be in the larger medium approx 40-55lbs. We would get phantom parti puppies in black phantom, brown phantom with merle of each and a 50% chance of those coat patterns being parti (like Lady, half white and half base color). There is also a chance of apricot and apricot parti as well! SO COLORFUL! Bentley finishes his health testing this month but already has amazing hip scores and DNA testing.

These upcoming litters offer a variety of coat colors and temperaments, providing options for families with different preferences.

What to Expect When Bringing Home a Goldendoodle Puppy

Goldendoodles are known for their intelligence, friendly nature, and hypoallergenic coats. When you bring home Bear, Cole, or any other Goldendoodle puppy, here are some tips to help you get started:

  • Socialization: Early socialization is key. Bear and Cole have already begun this process, but continued exposure to new people, places, and experiences will help them grow into confident adults.

  • Training: Consistent, positive reinforcement training works best. Goldendoodles are quick learners and respond well to treats and praise.

  • Grooming: Depending on the coat type, grooming needs vary. Curly coats like Bear’s require more frequent brushing to prevent matting, while wavy coats like Cole’s are easier to maintain.

  • Exercise: Dog respond best when they have a schedule. This means having someone home with them during the day to take them out and walk them, as well as play in the home.

Building a Lifelong Bond

The relationship you build with your puppy starts from day one. Bear and Cole are ready to begin that journey with their new families. They will thrive in homes where they receive love, attention, and care.

If you are ready to open your heart and home to one of these wonderful puppies, don’t hesitate to reach out through the application form.

We rarely have puppies ready to go home NOW so these two available pups won’t be available for long. Thinking about a future litter, our waitlist fill up fast!
